The Sebel Suites Brisbane provides guests with an outdoor, heated, 12-metre pool with a relaxation deck, tables, and sun lounges. Less than 0.5 km away are the City Botanic Gardens, which are popular for walking and jogging and which extend to the Brisbane River waterfront and connect with the Riverside Promenade running north along the Brisbane River. Next door to the hotel is a health centre offering a range of classes including aerobics, yoga, and Pilates (fees apply). Expansive playground facilities are available in Roma Street Gardens less than 1.5 km from the hotel, and bicycles are available for hire from outlets within a 1.5 km range (located in Albert Street, the Botanic Gardens, and South Bank Parklands). Public tennis courts may be hired at several inner city schools within a three km radius, in addition to two squash courts at the Queensland University of Technology only 0.5 km away. The Victoria Park 18-hole golf course and driving range at Herston overlooks the city skyline and is just three km from The Sebel Suites.

Driving directions from Brisbane International Airport (BNE): From Airport Drive turn left onto the motorway and head towards the city centre. Veer left and turn right onto Links Avenue, then turn left onto Kingsford Smith Drive. Follow Breakfast Creek Road, then Ann Street. After passing Centenary Place (park) on the right, turn left at the traffic lights into Queen Street. Follow Queen Street through two sets of traffic lights and at the second set turn left into Eagle Street. Proceed approximately 300 metres to the T-junction and turn left into what is still Eagle Street, and then turn right after 50 metres (at the traffic lights) into Charlotte Street, which is a one-way running southwest. Proceed down Charlotte Street for 450 metres; The Sebel Suites Brisbane is on the left on the corner of Charlotte and Albert Streets.
