The front desk is open daily from 8 AM—7 PM during ski season and 8 AM—5 PM Monday—Saturday (and some Sundays) during the summer season.
If arriving after hours, guests must call the property, prior to arrival, to receive late check-in instructions and keys.
If weather and road conditions may delay arrival, the property suggests guests also call the office to receive late check-in instructions and keys.
