Park Avenue Lofts features 18 units. Units are individually owned so decor varies, but all have full kitchens with stainless-steel appliances, separate living rooms with sofa beds and gas fireplaces, and balconies with town or mountain views. Local calls and dial-up Internet access are complimentary, and irons/ironing boards are available on request. All units are non-smoking.

Park Avenue Lofts features 18 units on two floors built above a first-floor ski shop and underground heated garage.
