Special Check-in Instructions

Please note that guests arriving between 11 PM and 1 AM will incur a late check-in fee of €25, and €40 for those arriving between 1 AM and 3 AM. Please contact the property in advance of travelling if you plan to arrive after 3 AM.

Arrivals between 9 AM and 8 PM from Monday to Friday and from 9 AM and 6 PM on weekends should head to the property’s office at Ronda Universitat, number 20, 3rd floor, 3rd door. If the door downstairs is closed, ring bell 3o - 3a. If you arrive outside office hours or on a national holiday call 30 minutes before reaching the office on +34 617 433 842.

If you arrive before 1 PM and your apartment has not yet been prepared, you will be able to leave your luggage in the office and come back for it and the keys later.

Guests should provide the following information to the hotel before they arrive:

• estimated time of arrival in Barcelona
• means of travel. If arriving by plane, please provide the flight number and arrival airport
• mobile phone number if they will be using one whilst in Barcelona
