Palm Terrace - Open-air restaurant with pink marble floor, gardens, live music, and sea view through Moorish arches. Menu choices include lobster spring rolls, beef carpaccio, roasted duck breast with confit leg, herb-crusted beef tenderloin, roasted pumpkin risotto, and lobster in saffron sauce. Dinner only. Dress code: long pants, collared shirts for men. (No jeans or sneakers.) Café Taboras - Open-air bar/restaurant with seating under bleached-wood ceilings and on terrace. Buffet and à la carte breakfast. À la carte lunch menu offers salads, sandwiches, sushi, seafood gumbo, Scottish smoked salmon, and daily specials such as roasted snapper with pickled breadfruit, pepper-crusted beef kabobs, steamed blue mussels with tomatoes, Thai red curry chicken breast.
