The Ananda Spa offers a range of menÂ’s and womenÂ’s treatment rooms, including Thai massage rooms, steam rooms, and treatment rooms with showers and toilets. The Spa philosophy is based on the Sanskrit word for harmony, Ananda , and applies holistic techniques of massage and aromatherapy. Signature treatments include deep tissue therapy with essential oils, Ayurvedic massage, salt scrubs, herbal baths, and hot stone therapy.

Ananda Massage (90 minutes): TBH1,600 (US$35−$45)
Ananda Spa's signature treatment. This unique massage combines the techniques of aromatherapy, deep tissue massage, and specialty Thai, Shiatsu, and Ayurvedic massage techniques. Pure essential oils are massaged into the body. As their scents uplift the senses, muscles and ligaments are gently kneaded to ease tensions, providing a warm sensation of free energy flow. The body is massaged both back and front, with a foot and leg massage to follow. A facial and scalp massage with Ananda Signature tea completes this treatment. Works with the body's innate healing mechanism to manipulate damaged tissue, and stimulates blood tissue to promote recovery.

Ananda Hot Stone Massage (90 minutes): TBH2,500 (US$65−$75)
This therapy of stones works in harmony, using various massage techniques to relax the body to its deepest level, using the gentle transformational properties of mineral and semi-precious stones. Ananda Signature tea is served at the end to complete the treatment.

Revitalizing Bath (40 minutes): TBH1,250 (US$25−$35)
A bath of nutrients from herbal plant extracts and minerals, to induce a state of relaxation. The bath reduces lactic acid accumulated in muscles, detoxifies, and eases fatigue. Extracts of fennel and capsicum frutescence stimulate the lipase enzyme and improve metabolism, while lactose and macadamia nut oil have excellent qualities for hydrating the skin. Allows the skin to absorb the nourishment, and emerge revitalized.

Wine and Honey Wrap (50 minutes): TBH1,250 (US$25−$35)
A most effective skin-smoothing treatment that combines the nurturing and healing properties of honey with the anti-oxidant polyphenols contained in wine, and the rejuvenating properties of pure essential oils. The body is wrapped to promote the absorption of nutrients. Recommended for those with sensitive skin.

Thai Herbal Body Polish (30 minutes): TBH990 (US$25−$35)
Using an aromatic blend of 100 percent herbal powder that stimulates the senses, the treatment gently exfoliates, smoothing away dry and roughened skin, as it improves circulation and provides the skin with a radiant glow.

Marine Mud Wrap (90 minutes): TBH2,600 (US$65−$75)
A moisturizing treatment that starts with a full-body exfoliation to eliminate dead skin cells and impurities. An application of warmed marine mixtures, rich in proteins and minerals, is applied to the body, which is then wrapped in a thermal blanket. The intensive detoxifying effects of seaweed deeply purify, and reduce fluid retention.

Aromatherapy Salt Glow (30 minutes): TBH990 (US$25−$35)
With its anti-inflammatory properties, salt re-mineralizes the skin and reduces redness, while drawing out toxins and encouraging the skin to secrete its natural oils. Combining pure sea salts - sun-dried and harvested into crystals - with pure essential oils, this invigorating treatment exfoliates, and leaves the skin well nourished and smooth.

There are 228 guestroom apartments at the President Park, all with lounge and study areas, and climate-controlled air conditioning. Recreation

The President Park Executive Serviced Apartments offers the Capitol Club, with a range of recreational activities. The on-site fitness center within the Club offers weight machines, cardio equipment, and aerobics classes, and there is also a rock climbing wall for guests. There are three outdoor swimming pools, and a children’s pool. Supervised activities for children include rock climbing, swimming, martial arts, video games, and other recreation. Five tennis courts are available for use. A games room is located in the bar on the mezzanine level.

For access to a golf driving range and other off-site recreation, the hotel may assist guests with arrangements.

The Apartments are located within a commercial building, with small shops on site in the lobby, including a video/DVD rental outlet for guests to hire movies. There are three restaurants, a café, and a bar for dining and entertainment, with a games room in the bar. Dining

Baan President - Serving authentic Thai and continental cuisine, and located on the lobby floor of the Maple Tower. The setting is casual and the view is of the city, with dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. De Meglio - Italian cuisine, with such menu items as authentic pizzas, a variety of pasta dishes, salads, and deserts, are served for lunch and dinner daily. Vegetarian dishes are available from starters, salads, soups, pastas, and pizzas. Freshly baked items such as breads, pastries, and cakes are available from the take-away counter. The restaurant is located in the main lobby of The Capitol Club.

Oasis Poolside Bar and Café - This casual restaurant serves salads, sandwiches, burgers, local Thai dishes, Indian food, and a variety of smoothies and cocktails. Overlooks the main pool surrounded by palm trees.

Skylight Bar - The Bar provides music, games, snooker table, and a light food menu, and also a Special Buffet dinner for all members every Wednesday night during Club Night.
