Aromatherapy Facial (1 hour): THB1395 (US$36)
An introduction to facial treatments and aromatherapy. Pure botanical skin care products are used in combination with a gentle massage to the face, neck, and shoulders. This treatment is designed to balance, relax, and restore a healthy glow to the skin.

Thai Honey Seed Scrub Body Treatment (30 minutes): THB995 (US$26)
A gentle cleansing treatment using honey and sesame seeds to exfoliate and moisturize the skin and promote radiance.

Royal Thai Massage (1 hour /1 hour, 30 minutes): THB1295 (US$34)/THB1695 (US$43)
An ancient form of massage originating in Thailand. Uses deep-tissue, pressure-point, and stretching techniques to reduce stress and relieve muscle soreness. Recommended for those who prefer a firm massage. Allow 90 minutes for deluxe full body and 60 minutes for full body. A 30-minute back and shoulder version is also available.

Hot Oil Aromatherapy Massage (1 hour; 30 minutes): THB1295 (US$34) and THB995 (US$26).
Integrated massage techniques are used in combination with a choice of essential oil blends to promote balance and rejuvenation.

G5 Slimming Massage (1 hour): THB1295 (US$34)
A specialized treatment for cellulite reduction and general toning. This treatment features a G5 vibro massage, which increases microcirculation and helps release water and toxins from the body's connective tissue to tone and promote firmness.

Swedish Massage (30 minutes/1 hour): THB995 (US$26) and THB1295 (US$34)
Traditional Swedish techniques are used to relax tense muscles, increase circulation, and induce a state of total relaxation. Press can range from light to very firm. Allow 60 minutes for full body and 30 minutes for back and shoulder.

Anti-Stress Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage (30 minutes): THB995 (US$26)
A soft or firm massage to relieve stress-related tension in the neck and shoulder area. Gentle acupressure is applied to restore a sense of serenity.

Centara Spa uses products from Jurlique—a natural, plant-based skin care range using a combination of age-old therapies such as herbalism, aromatherapy, alchemy, and homeopathy. Jurlique products are derived from organic herb farms in South Australia, which produce many of the herbs and plants necessary for inclusion in Jurlique's natural skin care range.

Rooms

Indra Regent Hotel offers 450 guestrooms in a 17-story property. Business-friendly rooms are equipped with desks and direct-dial phones. Guestrooms have refrigerators and coffee/tea makers. Recreation

A small fitness center comprises a treadmill, weight machine, and free weights. Next to the fitness center is Centara Spa, offering a wide range of health and beauty services, including massage, sauna, and steam room. A 15.4-meter outdoor pool with adjoining children’s pool and relaxation terrace is also located on level four. An on-site open-air tennis court, with floodlights for night games, is available for hire (see the front desk). Racquets and balls can also be hired at the front desk. A snooker room is open on level four from early morning until early evening.

A complimentary hot and cold buffet breakfast is served daily on the garden terrace on level five.

Pratunam Gourmet Express Café - Views of the Oriental bazaar. Quick snacks and light meals. Open 20 hours daily from very early morning until late.

Botanica Café - Decorated with rustic sandstone walls, ceiling-high gilded banana trees, and a floral-themed mural. Features international buffet lunches/dinners and à la carte dinners. Signature dishes such as French Black Pepper Steak are prepared tableside. Views over the pool gardens and hand-carved exterior of Sala Thai Restaurant. Open from early morning until after midnight.

Sala Thai - Set inside a 13th-century teak pavilion representing the Kingdom of Siam. Surrounded by tropical greenery and lotus ponds. Specializes in royal Thai cuisine, and exotic fruits and sweets (all served as part of set menu). Evening highlight is classical Thai dance performances accompanied by traditional Thai instruments. Open for dinner only.

Chandelier Bar - Live band music. Popular for cocktails. Open from late afternoon until midnight.

Ming Court - Serves authentic Chinese cuisine including a wide variety of dim sum (for lunch). Set menus offer wide variety of Chinese delicacies for reasonable rates. Chinese banquets can be pre-arranged in the private dining rooms.

Lobby Bar - Offers pastries, afternoon tea, and cocktails. Open from mid-morning until late.

Poolside Bar - Located next to the outdoor pool and adjoining terrace. Serves snacks and light meals. Open from mid-morning until late evening.

Cookie Jar - Serves cakes, biscuits, and chocolates. Open from mid-morning until late afternoon.
