The 380 guestrooms within the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok are located from floors 6−22 and are airconditioned. All have city views, silk furnishings, and original paintings. Guests are greeted with welcome fruits on arrival. Guestrooms offer access to wireless and high-speed wired Internet, cable/satellite TVs, and pay movies. Direct-dial telephones are also available, with a connection in the bathrooms where guests also find marble baths, complimentary toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. All guestrooms have premium bedding including feather pillows and plush duvets. Instructions: Taxi stands are located outside baggage claim at arrivals. The metered taxis have a sign "Taxi Meter" on their roofs. The driver should then turn left into Rajdamri Road, where the hotel is located, on the corner of the intersection.

Spasso - Serving a selection of regional dishes including pasta, salads, and wood-fired pizzas the restaurant also serves a "Best Italian" brunch, and anti-pasta lunch is also available daily. Cocktails and other beverages can be ordered from the bars, and late evening entertainment is provided by a band, with dancing open to guests. Décor is contemporary with polished timber highlights, and the restaurant is located in the lower lobby. Reservations are recommended and the restaurant observes a smart casual dress code.
The Dining Room - Guests are offered a selection of dishes and a variety of cuisines in a casual setting. A buffet is available for all meals including Sunday brunch, with international, Thai, and Asian cuisine. Also on the menu is seafood. A Japanese corner offers a selection of sushi, and other Japanese fare. There is also a Steam Counter where guests may choose from a variety of Asian dumplings. The open-display kitchen serves a range of carved meats, pasta, and noodles prepared cooked to order. An à la carte menu is also available, and there is daily live music with a jazz duo until late. Reservations are recommended.
You & Mee - A casual dining setting offering quick Thai and Asian noodle meals for lunch. For dinner, the Khao Tom - Rice Congee (thick porridge) buffet with a selection of condiments (sauces and accompaniments) is served until late evening.
Erawan Bakery - Guests may choose to have coffee in the Bakery and select from a range of fresh-made ice creams, chocolates, cakes and pastries, and light snacks throughout the day. Gift hampers filled with imported gourmet items are also available. Located in the lower lobby, the bakery is open from midmorning till late evening.
Erawan Tea Room - Serving traditional Thai cuisine and beverages in a semi-casual setting, the Tea Room is located on the second floor of the Erawan Bangkok boutique mall. The décor has been deliberately selected to recreate the nostalgic bygone tea room, with windows overlooking the Erawan Shrine. Teas from India, China, Sri Lanka, and Thailand may be purchased, along with other products. Serving morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner, from midmorning till late.
The Garden Lounge - Located in the atrium lobby, the lounge serves light meals from early morning, and throughout the day. Traditional afternoon tea offers a selection of fresh-made sandwiches, cakes, pastries, and ice-creams. Cocktails, coffees, and after dinner drinks are also served, and live jazz performances occur till very early morning.
Bar @494 - A wine and champagne bar in the lower lobby offering a selection of more than 30 wines by-the-glass, whiskies, and a selection of Cuban cigars. Light meals are also available and there is wireless Internet connection. Dress requirements are smart casual, and the Bar is open from midday to very late Monday−Saturday, and from mid-afternoon till late Sunday.
Juice Bar - Next to The Greenhouse fitness center on the fifth floor and open from early morning till late evening, the bar serves fresh juices, power shakes, and fruits prepared to order, as well as mineral water and sports drinks.
The Breezeway - Open to guests using the i.sawan Residential Spa, this open casual dining area and lounge, adjacent to the teak pool deck, serves light Thai and Western dishes, and a range of beverages. Located on the fifth floor, and open from midmorning till late.
