Rooms

The guestrooms in the Ramada Resort Bintang are located throughout two wings of the property, the South Wing and the North Wing. All have balconies, and air conditioning. Some guestrooms have private terraces. Suites have complimentary newspapers, and slippers. Extra towels, bedding and rollaway beds may be available to all guestrooms on request. Wired high-speed Internet access is complimentary to suites and dial-up is available to all other guestrooms. Selections of DVDs are available for rental.

Recreation

A range of activities is offered. A freeform swimming pool is available, along with organized water sports including water volleyball and water basket ball, and water exercises. Spa services are available, with therapies from India, Indonesia, and China.There are also beachside activities including volleyball and soccer. Aerobic classes, tennis, and jogging can be arranged. There are walking/jogging paths and guests have ready access to the beach.

Concierge can assist guests with off-site recreation including golf and other activities.

Property Amenities

The Ramada Resort Bintang has 402 guestrooms located across four floors in two wings, the North Wing and South Wing. The resort offers on-site recreation and also provides a range of childrenÂ’s activities in the Kids Club. Business, conference, and wedding service facilities are available. Concierge can assist guests with off-site activities and tours, as well as airport transfer. Limousine service can be arranged. An open-air game room offers billiards and other games. Beauty services are available on the first floor. There is a massage service on the first floor with sauna and spa tub. Spa services are also offered. Express check-in and check-out may be available. On-site parking is available with valet parking beside the hotel.

The Ramada Resort Bintang offers a range of function rooms, Internet access, and business services.

Business center: Located in the lobby on first floor the business center offers a range of services including faxing, printing, copying, access to computers, and general secretarial (surcharge).

Internet access: Both wired high-speed and wireless Internet access are available within the resort public areas. High-speed is available in the meeting rooms. Wireless is available in the lobby area and Alun Alun Fun Lounge, all with surcharge.

Conference/function room(s): There are five rooms suitable for meetings and functions, from 70−400 people, for classroom through to cocktail receptions. Four of the meeting rooms can open into one large ballroom. A range of audiovisual equipment can be requested including sound systems and microphones, screens, and flipcharts (all surcharge). Internet accessibility can be made available for a surcharge.

The resort has a Kids Club and provides a range of supervised childrenÂ’s activities.

Child care/babysitting: For children aged 4−12, within the kids club, the child care is complimentary. Outside of the club there is a surcharge.

Facilities: There is a childrenÂ’s swimming pool, and a variety of supervised activities scheduled daily including water polo, fish feeding, Indonesia lessons, drawing and coloring, swimming lessons, and Balinese dance lessons.

Location Details

Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS): Approximate travel time is 10 minutes and distance is 3 km (2 miles).

Getting there: On arrival at the airport guests can travel to the resort by pre-arranged hotel transport, or by taxi. Guests can purchase taxi tickets at the airport counter for a fixed price to reach the hotel. There are also metered taxis.

Instructions: Taxi stands are located outside baggage claim at Arrivals. Guests should take metered or pre-booked taxis to the resort in South Kuta, with instruction to the taxi driver of the resort’s location along the beach front road.

Schedules and directions (subject to change without notice): Hotel airport transfer service is available daily. However, guests must contact the hotel at least 48 hours prior to arrival in order to give the staff an estimated time of arrival. La Brasserie Restaurant - Open 24 hours with breakfast from early morning, the restaurant offers Asian and Western cuisine in a casual dining setting. The Wharf Restaurant - Located beachfront, the cuisine is Mediterranean and the dining is informal. Open for lunch and dinner.
