Rooms

Hard Rock Hotel Bali has 418 guestrooms on four floors. The accommodation areas are divided into six themed areas: Rock 'n' Roll, Reggae, Blues, Psychedelic, Pop, and Alternative. All guestrooms are air conditioned and have CD music systems with access to the in-house radio station. Bathrooms have bathtubs and showers. Music memorabilia and images are mounted on the walls. Renovation Notice

The Hard Rock Hotel Bali Lobby Bar will be under refurbishment March 25, 2008. Work is scheduled to complete in the early part of May in time for the 10th Anniversary celebration of the hotel on May 15, 2008. The refurbishment will include new flooring, a stage, a bar counter, furniture, and a lounge area. Work on the Lobby Bar will not affect guestrooms and will be done from 10 AM to Noon and from 2 PM to 6 PM. During this period, the nightly live band will be relocated to the Boom Box (Recording Studio) on level one.

Recreation

Hard Rock Hotel Bali has two swimming pools, a health club, and a rock climbing wall. The main swimming pool is 2700 square metres and has a sand island for sunbathing. It also has a separate children’s area. Poolside cabanas can be booked, and lounge chairs surround the pool. Volleyball is a popular activity in the main swimming pool. A ‘chill out’ pool is located away from the main recreational area.

A gym/health club not only has fitness and weight equipment but also provides instructors/trainers (surcharges). The five-metre rock climbing wall is located next to the main pool and has three levels of difficulty. Trained instructors are on hand to assist beginner, advanced, and intermediate climbers. The hotel also has surfing instructors who can guide guests through the basics at nearby Kuta Beach. The hotel can also organise adventure tours in other areas of Kuta and Bali.

Hard Rock Hotel Bali is a music-themed hotel covering three hectares. The music theme extends to the Boom Box Recording Studio complete with recording and karaoke equipment, an in-house radio station, and walls lined with music images and memorabilia. Recreational facilities include a 2,700–square-metre swimming pool, a ‘chill out’ pool, a health club, and a five-metre rock climbing wall. A spa offers a range of treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments.

The hotel has four dining areas and a bar that doubles as a live music venue. A children’s club provides supervised activities and games. Conferences and functions can be held in one of six meeting rooms or the ballroom. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel (surcharge).

Conference rooms: The six conference rooms range in size from 19 to 185 square metres. The hotel’s music themes is reflected in their names: Hall of Fame, Paisley Park, Neverland, Graceland, Abbey Road, and The Filmore. The fourth-floor ballroom is is 429 square metres and can hold up to 500. The ballroom can be split into two smaller areas if required (178 square metres and 251 square metres).
