The Spa at Damai Lovina Villas offers treatments in the privacy of guest villas or in the ‘Bale Gede’ (massage pavilion) in the garden. Two teakwood massage tables have been set down in a secluded part of the grounds. Click the link(s) below for more details.

The Spa uses natural volcanic mud and clay, spices and honey, and traditional massage techniques. Flower baths soften the skin and relax the mind.

A complete massage using a combination of yoga, Thai, acupressure, Shiatsu, Swedish massage, and healing energy.

Taksu Massage (1 hour): IDR228,000 (US$25)
From the Balinese divine belief of healing touch, a powerful and invigorating massage using a combination of yoga, Thai, and deep tissue massage that works the body deeply. It can be either gentle or strong in pressure. This massage is designed to open the body’s natural flow of energy and increase circulation.

Tropical Javanese Mandi Lulur - Masage Scrub and Bath (1 hour): IDR450,000 (US$50)
Luxurious pampering treatment believed to smooth and “sweeten” the skin. A Balinese-style massage is followed by a body mask of rice flour, turmeric, and sandalwood applied to the skin. The treatment finishes with a relaxing tropical flower bath.

Bali Boreh Spice (1 hour)): IDR450,000 (US$50)
A Balinese ritual treatment involving massage, body spice, foot reflexology, and a flower bath to relieve muscle aches and increase blood circulation. An exotic scrub of ginger, cloves, and nutmeg to polish the skin, and a flower bath to soften and moisturize.

Volcanic Body Massage (2 hours): IDR550,000 (US$60)
A massage is followed by a mineral clay body mask. The clay comes from the volcanic land of Bali and has a cooling effect on the body. This treatment cleanses and detoxifies the body by drawing out impurities, and it is thought to have traditional medicinal qualities.

Reflexology (1 hour): IDR200,000 (US$20)
A deeply relaxing form of healing foot massage. Reflex points are gently stimulated to clear the energy lines throughout the body. This restores and balances the body.

Balinese Traditional Massage (1 hour): IDR 210,000 (US$15)
The traditional massage of Bali. A restoring and calming massage experience, combining acupressure, skin rolling, and percussion strokes.

Frangipani Body Wrap (2 hours): IDR450,000 (US$50)
Using a warm towel and massage to the back and all over the body, with frangipani for calming and softening.

Rooms

Damai Lovina Villas offers 8 guestrooms in a 1-story property. 32-inches LCD televisions come with HBO. Business-friendly rooms are equipped with complimentary wireless and wired high-speed Internet access. Guestrooms have refrigerators. Bathrooms include bathrobes, designer toiletries, and hair dryers. Complimentary bottled water is provided in room. Guestrooms provide minibars and slippers. Location Details

Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS): Approximate travel time is 3 hours and distance is 100 km (60 miles).

Getting there: On arrival at the airport guests can travel to the resort by pre-arranged hotel transport or taxi. Guests can purchase taxi tickets at the airport counter for a fixed price to reach the hotel. There are also metered taxis (click the links below for instructions/details).

Instructions: Taxi stands are located outside baggage claim at Arrivals. Guests should ask the driver to travel north to Singaraja City, then on to Lovina. At the crossroad of Lovina, there is the Damai Lovina Villas sign. On turning left at The Damai sign, the resort is approximately 3km (1.5 miles) along to Kayuputih Village.

Schedules and directions (subject to change without notice): Hotel airport transfer is available. However, guests must contact the hotel at least 48 hours prior to arrival in order to give the staff an estimated time of arrival. Dining

Damai Restaurant - With much organic produce including spices, fruit, and vegetables available on the resort’s farm the menu is different every day. The décor is Balinese, with solid timber furniture and alfresco dining, and there are views from the open-walled restaurant. The breakfast menu may include fresh-baked bread, pastries and croissants, fruit, and juice. Bacon and eggs may also be served. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
