Hotel Information: A dramatic waterfall set against a granite stone wall welcomes guests at the driveway entrance, which winds almost three stories up to the porte cochere. The open-concept lobby, outfitted with a mixture of dark wood, stones, and marble, opens out to a large balcony overlooking the pools and out to the ocean beyond. Holidaymakers and conference delegates mix comfortably in the Conrad’s relaxed setting, which is complemented by piped-in music.
Amenity highlights: The JIWA spa offers a full range of massage and body treatments in 12 rooms and two spa villas. It also has a private 25-meter pool for spa goers. Spa
The 439-square-meter (4,725-square-foot) spa, located in the secluded north wing of the hotel, has 12 treatment rooms—nine single and three double rooms, male and female facilities with spa tub, cold dip, sauna, steam rooms, and lockers, plus a reflexology area, beauty salon, and retail area. The spa also contains a separate 25-meter pool.
JIWA, or soul in Indonesian, focuses on the five senses and combines water and garden-based aromatherapy treatments with ancient Indonesian traditions and rituals. Half-day spa packages include facials, massages, baths, and lunches. A Conrad signature treatment is the Ocean Flow massage, which uses rhythmical strokes and firm acupressure to simulate the movements of ocean waves. The spa also offers treatments for children.

Recreation
A host of land and sea recreational opportunities are available at the Conrad Bali. Its 24-hour fitness center on the first floor of the north wing has four treadmills, two exercise bikes, two recumbent bikes, two cross trainers, one stair climber, one rowing machine, and a set of free weights. Personal trainers and specialized coaches for yoga and aerobics can be requested (surcharge). Another smaller fitness center with one treadmill and one bicycle is located in front of the tennis courts. The hotel’s rectangular main pool faces the lobby and is 33 meters long. Six other meeting and board rooms range from 17 square meters (179 square feet) to 65 square meters (695 square feet).
