Small Hope Bay Lodge All Inclusive offers 21 guestrooms in a 1-story property. Bathrooms include showers only. Complimentary bottled water is provided in room. Guestrooms provide minibars. They also provide air conditioning. Services include a turndown service, housekeeping, and in-room massage. Amenities available on request include irons/ironing boards and extra towels/bedding. Rollaway beds are also available.

Recreation

The majority of on-site recreational activities and facilities described below are included in the room rate for this resort (scroll up to the All-Inclusive details section for more information).

Guests can try their hand at a variety of water sports including sea swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, and windsurfing. Fishing can be done from the on-site dock and in the adjacent creek. Andros is renowned for bone fishing, a sport which the lodge can arrange, along with reef fishing and deep-sea fishing (surcharges for all excursions). Children 6 years and older can try scuba diving using a small tank at the surface. Although the beginner’s Discovery Scuba diving course is complimentary, full scuba diving courses, certification, and trips incur surcharges. Scuba is extremely popular here; boats leave from the lodge’s dock, with the average boat trip to reef, wall, wreck, cavern, and other sites about 15 minutes.

Biking and hiking are also popular. Nature trails are both on site and in the immediate area, allowing guests to easily encounter the island’s profusion of orchids, butterflies, and birds. The resort provides bicycles.

Small Hope Bay Lodge Restaurant - Continental/Bahamian fare specializing in fresh seafood. Serves a full à la carte breakfast with Bahamian specialties, buffet lunch, afternoon hors d’oeuvres, and buffet dinner, either indoors or outdoors on the patio overlooking the ocean. Vegetarians are easily accommodated; guests should advise the staff of vegetarian preferences.
