Rooms

Guestrooms have one king, one queen or two twin beds. Amenities include 250-thread count cotton sheets on custom-made orthopedic mattresses. Rooms are air-conditioned and have cable TV with pay movies and premium channels. Condos have one queen bed in a separate bedroom. In addition to standard amenities offered in all guestrooms, the condo has a full kitchen, an indoor/outdoor dining area, living room area and a balcony with patio furniture overlooking the beach.

Just south of Clarence Town on Long Island, this hotel overlooks the harbor and the town with its unmistakable twin spire churches. It is situated on 16 acres of beachfront property overlooking low-lying Clem Cay, a pretty and popular anchorage.
