Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 9 AM to noon and 5 PM to 7 PM. Saturday: 8 AM to noon and 3 PM to 8 PM. Closed on Wednesdays.
Please note:
On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 5 PM. Short stay arrivals from 10 AM from Sunday to Friday and from 2 PM on Saturday. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.

Recreation
The residence offers direct access to the slopes of this ski area which straddles the border of Switzerland and will appeal to skiers of all levels. Guests can enjoy the full range of snow-sliding sports, with 650 kilometers of downhill skiing at Les Portes du Soleil, as well as plenty of cross-country skiing and snowboarding areas. Paragliding, helicopter flights and snow mountain-biking are also on offer. The village also has an 800 square meter floodlit skating rink, fitness center, bowling facilities and two squash courts. Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally.
