Please note:
On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 5 PM for single week stay, after 10 AM for short stay from Sunday to Friday and after 2 PM on Saturday, and after 2 PM for Sunday to Sunday stay. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.
Towels and television are not provided free of charge and can be hired locally.
Please note:
Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally. Guests can also purchase cleaning kits from reception.

Recreation

Over the summer months recreation available includes golf, tennis, squash, swimming, archery, bowling or skating on the resort’s 800 square metre skating rink. Many well-marked trails, as well as hiking, horse riding, mountain bike circuits and theme walks are organized by the Mountain Office. In the winter, guests can enjoy 46 ski runs at the Domain d’Avoriaz and 288 runs at nearby Domaine Les Portes du Soleil. There is also about 300 kilometres of cross-country skiing between the two resorts. La Chapelle snow park, in Avoriaz, is ideal for beginner jumps, where the Arare snowpark has handrails of a variety of shapes and finishes with a 100 metre half pipe and a 4.5 metre high wall. Departures for skiing are situated at the foot of the residence. The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the residence; fees may apply.
