Restaurant La Mirande - Serves gourmet French and Mediterranean dishes in a softly-lit dining room with a Renaissance ceiling and 17th century tapestry. Al fresco dining is available on the terrace, which has views of the Popes’ Palace.

Table d’hote Restaurant - Guests can taste traditional French food made with fresh local produce from the market and cooked on a wood-fired stove in the 19th century kitchen. Guests are invited to sit at the large wooden table and watch the chef prepare their meal.

Bar - Offers a selection of light meals, sandwiches and drinks in opulent surroundings.
