A resort fee of 9% of room rate is collected at time of booking. Fee subject to change.
The fee includes: Toll-free, local, and credit-card calls; use of business center; daily newspaper; in-room coffee and tea; access to fitness center and steam room; self parking; on-property transportation; access to nature trails and miniature golf; and gratuities for door staff, luggage and golf-bag handlers, and housekeepers.
Check-in begins at 4 PM. Guests arriving prior to 4 PM may check their luggage with the bell desk and enjoy the resort's restaurants, shops, and pool areas until their room becomes available.
Early departure policy: Guests who check-out prior to their scheduled departure date forfeit the deposit. If booked with a minimum night requirement or as a holiday package, guests will be charged for the full reservation.
The resort offers airport shuttle service from Austin Bergstrom International Airport with advance reservations (surcharge).
Pets are not permitted. The concierge can provide guests with pet resort options in the Austin area.
Advanced reservations and appointments are encouraged for all recreation and evening dining to ensure preferred times.
