All units at The Timberline Condominiums are individually owned, so decor varies, but most feature natural woods and furnishings with Old West and Native American influences. Other amenities: Balconies or patios with mountain or down-valley views and kitchens or kitchenettes with stoves, refrigerators, and microwaves. All units have humidifiers; larger ones also have fireplaces.

The 96-unit Timberline Condominiums consists of five buildings set beside the Fanny Hill run at the upper end of Snowmass Village. Located walking distance from the Snowmass Village Mall, the Timberline features one of the largest therapeutic pools in the Village, along with a steam room, exercise facilities and 1,200-square-foot sundeck and picnic area with a view of the Snowmass valley.

Guests will also find a complimentary video library and one conference room. Grocery delivery service and complimentary shuttle service to the mall and airport are available. A business center is on site, and wireless Internet access is complimentary throughout.

Butch's Lobster Bar - Located in the main Timberline Lodge building, this restaurant specializes in New England–style seafood. Open for dinner. The adjacent bar serves drinks and appetizers amid nautical-inspired surroundings.
