Skiers and snowboarders reach the other Rocky Mountain areas of Aspen (Ajax, Buttermilk, and Aspen Highlands) via free shuttle. Hiking and bicycle trails are abundant and, in summer, a ski lift takes cyclists up Snowmass to ride the trails down. Occupying a block just off Snowmass Village's main thoroughfare of Snowmelt Road, the two-floor Terracehouse Condos are set in a building that stairsteps down the hill 2 blocks below the Silvertree Hotel. Parking is within 50 yards across Snowmelt Road in the Snowmass Village lot (surcharge in winter). Onsite amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool and coin laundry, and guests can use the fitness center at the Silvertree (surcharge).
