With sunny views from their own terraces across Island Harbour, Oceanfront Rooms have a queen size bed or two twin beds, ample vanities and closet space, ceiling fan, refrigerator and private bathroom with shower. Oceanfront Deluxe rooms feature mahogany furniture, original island artwork, bright colored tropical fabrics and ultra comfortable kings beds (some are four posters) under a vaulted ceiling. Views from the private balconies, equipped with stylish teak furniture, extend along the Beach and over Island Harbour to Scilly Cay, a few hundred yards offshore. There is a well-lit desk, cable television with US, British and Italian channels, ceiling fan and refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, and is equipped with a hairdryer.

Located on the beach at Island Harbor, this hotel is five from the airport and eight miles from the Blowing Point ferry dock. Shoal Bay East is two miles away. Guests relax by the beachside pool and bar, or shop in the boutique featuring imported clothing, original Caribbean art, and gift items. There’s a restaurant offering Caribbean and international cuisine open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guest laundry facilities are available as well.

Dining

The Arawak Café - Serves up Caribbean fare and International cuisine. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests come back for what has been referred to as the “Caribbean’s best pizza” and the decadent Banoffee Pie. Sunday nights may feature roast beef with Yorkshire pudding or roast lamb with mint sauce.

The Arawak Café also has a full bar and it no one is tending, it’s common to see a guest slip behind the bar to pour themselves a drink. It is all on the honor system with a “tab pad” left in the Conch shell on the bar.
