Getting there: There is a railway station in the airport terminal’s central hall, under Schiphol Plaza; direct trains run to Amsterdam Central Station approximately every 15 minutes. From here, take tram 2 and alight at Emmalaan for the hotel. Shared Schiphol Travel Taxis are available from outside the arrivals hall and seat up to eight passengers; fares cost from €19 per person. Getting around: Much of Amsterdam can be explored on foot although there is an excellent integrated metro, tram and bus service running throughout the city and surrounding area.
