Oberoi Massage (60 or 90 minutes): This signature massage uses palms and fingertips to apply pressure with continuous strokes that flow rhythmically to stimulate blood circulation, iron out the knots, and induce a state of total relaxation. The blended oil used for this massage promotes concentration and rejuvenates the spirit.
Oberoi Hot Stone Massage (90 minutes): A healing art that seamlessly blends the ancient Ayurvedic palm-based massage with the use of heated basalt stones to relieve tension and soothe tired, painful joints. Special emphasis on key marma points of the body will bring about complete balance and harmony. To improve the flow of energy, the therapist will also place hot stones in the hands and on the soles of the feeta revitalising sensation.
Rose and Sandalwood Wrap (60 minutes): A luxuriously fragrant body wrap made from essence of rose, milk, honey and Indian sandalwood. Ideal for combination skin, the wrap purifies the skin and helps to soften wrinkles.
Synchronised Abhyangam (90 minutes): This treatment rejuvenates the whole body and mind using a nutrient-rich herbal oil, anointed by two therapists. Performed in five positions, the therapy revitalises the body from head to heel. The harmonious movement of the massage helps relieve muscle and joint aches, nervousness, sleeping disorders and regulates the circulatory system of the body. This holistic treatment balances all the three levels of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Yoga Stretching Massage (60 minutes): The session begins with 15 minutes of Pranayam (deep breathing) and meditation to calm the body and mind.
